DESCRIPTION
A delightful contemporary rug that is the result of an original idea: to create a piece that appears to be padded. The idea of padding is reproduced admirably, thanks to the stitching on the pile, which creeps into hand-carved grooves. This, together with the contours of the carpet, which help to give the pattern the illusion of curvature, creates the perception of a product that is actually inflated by padding.
